Idea generation of NSU ACM Innovation Challenge's third season was held at North South University (NSU) Auditorium on Saturday.
With the goal of providing students better insight to current scenario of tech industry and corporate demands of computing world, the idea generation event was organised as a kick starting session of the main event, according to the event's press release.
The session started with few speakers from industry, who are successful entrepreneurs of their own tech business and faculties of engineering discipline. NSU's Associate Professor of Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering Dr Shazzad Hossain inaugurated the ceremony.
At the seminar, the speakers shared their professional experiences and discussed about different aspects of tech industry along with entrepreneurship, with a view to inspire the engineering students materialise their ideas and contribute in the industry.
Among the speakers CEO of Leads Corporation Limited Shaikh Wahid, founder and CEO of Creative IT Institute Monir Hosen, and founder of Bangladesh Innovation Forum Ariful Hasan Opu were present.
This event was organised by NSU's Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering, and supported by NSU ACM student chapter and Bangladesh Innovation Forum.
