What's trending this summer makeup wise?

There are many makeup trends to go for this summer but you must consider what suits you best before following any specific trend. This summer, for eyes shade of nudes with soft highlights on the inner corner or just a thin line of pastel eyeliner will do the trick. Sheer glowing skin with natural coverage is trending and lots of high end makeup brands have launched products to meet that no makeup look demand. Glossy lips either in bold or natural tones are in to get the fresh hydrated look.

Your favourite makeup look this season?

My favourite look this season is the trending monochromatic look. The only trick is to choose the right colour shade according to your skin tone and the result is mesmerising. It's one of those looks that is apt for both day or night outings.

How do you keep things light and simple, given the heavy foundation-contouring-highlighting regimen that's been all the rage for the last couple of seasons?

I don't prefer the heavy foundation-contouring-highlighting trend. Full coverage can still be achieved with minimal product by choosing the right shade of foundation and corrector. When it comes to contouring and highlighting it's all about playing with lights and shadows. I prefer to apply what is needed and where it is needed rather than creating layers. While applying makeup, it's always best to keep in mind that less is more.

How popular is the monochromatic makeup trend in Dhaka?

Dhaka is a trendy city and thanks to social media most of us are very much up to date on upcoming makeup trends. Monochromatic makeup trend is slowly getting famous here and I think it's a good thing that girls are confident enough to follow this trend.

What are the brow trends this season?

Naturally groomed fuller brows are very much in. It is easy for those who have naturally thick brows to just shape and set the brows with brow gel and highlight the brow bone to add dimensions.
