Mujib-3, the third part of a graphic novel series on the early days of Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman hit the Amar Ekushey Book Fair 2017 on Sunday. The Centre for Research and Information (CRI) (100/101), a non-profit research organisation, has published the book which is available at stall no. 111/101, said CRI Executive Director Sabbir Bin Shams. "Our first and second episodes introduced readers to a young Bangabandhu and depicted the turn of momentous events that took place in his school years and college life. This new one will focus on how he made his way into the complex world of politics, braving all odds," Sabbir said. He said the third part of the novel would also feature his perseverance and the support his father had given him in standing against injustice. The first part of the book, titled Mujib, came out on the independence hero’s 95th birth anniversary on March 17, 2015. The second issue was unveiled at the book fair on February 13 last year. The CRI intends to publish nine more parts of the series.
